Black Angus Steakhouse - Goodyear

Have loved black angus but at this location had a horrible experience. Our server Lillian was completely inattentive to us and made us feel beneath her. She was way more concerned with the complaining people across from us. Who were complaining about everything. We didn’t complain about anything and yet we got our food 20 minutes later than the complainers and they orders 10 minutes after us. We never got bread and had to ask the person busing tables for some. She even told the complainers that she hates complainers and makes them wait for their food. Which made me feel like she was doing that to us, even though I thanked her for everything she did and brought to us. Spent over $200 and would think that she would value customers who spent that much. Would not recommend this location at all. And if you do go there stay AWAY from Lillian as your server.

See my edit below... It's been about a year since i've been here, but the 3 previous times I had been there the service was ok, but the food was just not up to par. Veggies were soggy, meat was just "not right"Edit: it's been a few years since I've been here. They must have changed a bunch because everything was amazing. Steak was cooked perfectly. Great drinks and great service.

We went here to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. It was an amazing experience! Our server was Roy and he was such a wonderful person. I will make sure to ask for him when we go back again and I highly recommend him!! The food was delicious and when my daughter spilled her drink another server was right there to help! It was a wonderful evening!!
